What is A Luxe?

A Luxe is our rewards program with one goal: making it easier for you to effortlessly fill every room in your home haven with a just-right scent experience.

How does this program work?

For every $1 spent at AIRIA, you’ll earn points that you can redeem for exclusive benefits. You’ll also access special offers as you reach new levels of Luxe.

When will points be added to my account (AKA: a sucessful referral)?

Don’t worry, wanderluster! Sometimes it takes our system a few moments to process and apply points to A Luxe. If you don’t see the points in your account after 24 hours, please email us here with your order number and we’ll take care of it for you! However, if you return your order, any points associated will be deducted from your A Luxe account balance. Email or Chat with us and we’ll be happy to assist you.

How do I redeem my points?

Click REWARDS in the footer of each page to be taken to your rewards homepage (please remember to login!). There, you can choose to redeem your points for exclusive offers valid towards a future AIRIA purchase. You can also redeem at checkout.

Do I use my AIRIA account or set up a different account?

If you have an AIRIA account, you are automatically enrolled in A Luxe (lucky you!). Any purchases you make will be automatically reflected in your account.

Where do I look to see my points status?

/rewards , and make sure you are logged in to see your points.

*Refer-a-Friend Limited time Bonus Offer. $20 will be issued in points, immediately following each successful referral. Must be logged in to redeem points. Referrer must use email associated with AIRIA A-Lux Login. To redeem, purchase price must equal or exceed amount of the Reward, excluding tax.
